How do I return an item?


We hope that you are always completely satisfied with any items you purchase from Universal Select-A-Catch LLC. There is a limited (90 day warranty) on your purchase. Please see Warranty information in your booklet or refer to our website

If you are not satisfied with your item:

  1. Item(s) may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase (purchase pays the return shipping). We cannot accept COD deliveries.
  1. Preauthorized returns only (call first) – Items must be unused and unaltered.
  1. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum of $4.00 restock fee.
  1. Merchandise must be returned in the original box. Please enclose a copy of your receipt with a brief description of your reason for returning the merchandise.


Upon receiving and inspecting the item(s), a credit memo for future orders may be issued or a refund may be issued on the original purchase via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear.


If your unit is damaged upon receipt, you must notify the carrier that delivered it and save all of your packaging for that purpose. Our company will give you instructions on what procedure to take. Do not throw away any packaging.


If an item has a manufacturer’s defect, the item(s) must have an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization. Please save original packaging to return product. Instructions will be given when you call our company. Please keep invoice for packaging. Include brief description of defect. Once product has been received and evaluated for repair or replacement, it will be sent back to you in a timely manner.
