We hope that you are always completely satisfied with any items you purchase from Universal Select-A-Catch LLC. There is a limited (90 day warranty) on your purchase. Pictures may be required to send us prior to return.

If you are not satisfied with your item:

Item(s) may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase (purchase pays the return shipping). We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Preauthorized returns only (call first) – Items must be unused and unaltered.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum of $4.00 restock fee.

Merchandise must be returned in the original box. Please enclose a copy of your receipt with a brief description of your reason for returning the merchandise.
CREDIT MEMOS/REFUND
Upon receiving and inspecting the item(s), a credit memo for future orders may be issued or a refund may be issued on the original purchase via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear.
NOTIFY CARRIER
If your unit is damaged upon receipt, you must notify the carrier that delivered it and save all of your packaging for that purpose. Our company will give you instructions on what procedure to take. Do not throw away any packaging.
DEFECT
If an item has a manufacturer’s defect, the item(s) must have an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization. Please save original packaging to return product. Instructions will be given when you call our company. Please keep invoice for packaging. Include brief description of defect. Once product has been received and evaluated for repair or replacement, it will be sent back to you in a timely manner.

WARRANTY/DISCLAIMERS
LIMITED WARRANTY
Universal Select-A-Catch, LLC (“USAC”) warrants to the original owner-user (“Owner”) of its foot snaring device(s), the “Product”, (excluding the Select-A-Catch® patented snares) that such Product sold by USAC will, under normal use and service, be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date the Owner received the Product from USAC. The Select-A-Catch® patented snares are not covered under any warranty, express or implied, other than those set forth herein.
To establish a claim, the Owner may be required to return the Product for inspection to determine the allowance of a claim. USAC will then inspect the Product and make a final determination as to whether the Product is covered under this Limited Warranty. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair voids this warranty. Any modifications to the Unit will void this Limited 90-day Warranty on parts and workmanship with normal wear and tear. In no event shall USAC’s liability to Owner exceed the price paid by Owner for the Product claimed to be defective.
This Limited Warranty shall be void and of no effect in the event that: (i) the Product was not installed, used, applied, maintained and/or operated in compliance with USAC’s written documentation; (ii) the Product has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or abuse; or (iii) unauthorized modifications are made to the product.
USAC snares are designed to be used with the SAC 1000 unit. USAC will not be liable for damages caused from using other snares with our product. This Limited Warranty does not cover the Owner’s use of replacement parts, repairs, or maintenance that is inappropriate for the product.
Installation, operation or use of the Product for which this Limited Warranty is issued shall constitute acceptance of the terms of this Limited Warranty.

USAC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE SET FORTH HEREIN. ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY STATE LAW (WHETHER OF MERCHANTABLITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR OTHERWISE) SHALL BE EFFECTIVE ONLY FOR THE DURATION OF THE 90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND/OR LIMITATIONS ON AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, THEREFORE THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY IN EVERY STATE.

Universal Select-A-Catch, LLC makes no warranties except as stated in our warranty policy. Use of the product by a user is at the user’s risk. USAC will not be liable for any damages caused from using other snares with our product.
It is the responsibility of the Owner-User to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession and/or use of all USAC products. USAC assumes no responsibility for any harm, injury or unlawful use resulting from the sale, trade, use, misuse or handling of any USAC products.
USAC makes no representations, warranty's, or assurances as to the accuracy or completeness of the content contained on our website (www.selectacatch.com) - or any sites linked to or from the USAC website. Prices and descriptions on the website may change without notice. All products advertised are “while supplies last”.
